We will install a 4x4 sign post to be used with 24" wide signs and hang your sign while we are on the property. The post are mounted using a 24" stake so there is no digging needed, keeping the property looking the same as before the sign post was installed. The sign post are tall enough to be used with up to 24"x36" signs. Once the property has sold, please contact us to schedule a pickup to recover your sign and our post to be used for your next property.

Things happen, and sometimes the lawn isn’t at it’s 100% potential. Also we live in the mountains, a beautiful lawn in the summer may look a little yellow in the winter. Upon request we will green up the grass or fix imperfections as needed.
