Licensing & Usage

NKL Photography, LLC retains all ownership of the photos and media that we produce, unless otherwise agreed upon via a written contract. If you have purchased our products and have paid in full, you have rights to use the products as specified below;

Real Estate Clients: By purchasing our products you agree that your rights to use the products extend to you as the listing agent, and the parent real estate agency. Your rights permit you to use photography, video, and other media provided for marketing purposes including multiple listing services. You agree that you will not sell, transfer, assign or sublicense your rights or the products, including all photography, videography, and other media provided, to any other party without written consent from NKL Photography, LLC.

AirBNB Clients: By purchasing the products you agree that these rights to use the product extend to the you as the home owner or property manager only. By purchasing an AirBNB/Short Term Rental (STR) media package, you’ll receive a lifetime marketing usage license. This usage license allows you to use the photos to market your home through AirBNB or other STR company via your homes STR listing and social media for as long as the rental is active. This usage license does not provide the copyrights to the media provided; you agree to not sell, transfer, sublicense or use the media for any other purpose than marketing the home as a STR. Any requests to purchase or use the media by another party must be referred to NKL Photography, LLC to acquire the appropriate usage rights.

Traveling

We readily service the White Mountains of Arizona, including Show Low, Pinetop-Lakeside, Snowflake-Taylor, Heber-Overgaard, Greer, Alpine, Saint Johns and Round Valley. A travel fee of $0.85 per mile are assessed after traveling 50 miles from Eagar, AZ up to 85 miles. Travel fee increases to $1.25 per mile after 85 miles, additional fee is only applied to miles over 85.

Media Delivery & Payment

Typical photography delivery is delivered the day following the photoshoot; exceptions may need to be made depending on the size of the home, amount of media produced, and workload. You will be able to review the media within the project portal before payment. Invoices are due upon media delivery, media will be available for download immediately after payment is received.

100% Satisfaction Guarantee

NKL Photography, LLC would like to provide you with a 100% satisfaction guarantee of our media and services provided. This applies to the quality of the photos only; homes that are unprepared, or not rescheduled due to inclement weather are not covered, as this is out of our control. Please submit quality issues for the media you were provided in a timely manner, after 72 hours it will be assumed that the media provided was satisfactory.

6 Hour Cancellation Policy

NKL Photography requires notification of cancellation at least 6 hours before scheduled photo shoot. Failure to provide us with notification at least 6 hours before shoot may result in a $75 cancellation fee.

Unprepared, Inclement Weather or No Show

In the event that the property is not prepared for the photo shoot, we will either shoot "as-is" or a rescheduling fee of $75 will be required. NKL Photography is not responsible for cleaning, preparing or staging the home, this includes inclement weather. If you believe that you would like to reschedule due to inclement weather please contact us as soon as possible, no rescheduling fee will be assessed for inclement weather.
